Quotes are honoured with strict guidelines. Any variations you request throughout the build will be priced and sent to you for your approval before any work commences.

Our extensive knowledge and experience enables us to provide a schedule at the beginning of every project so you know the timing of your project. Any updates to this schedule will be sent to you as soon as they have been applied.

Our quality control checklist implemented on every site adheres to the highest quality standards. We guarantee that only certified trades will be working on your home throughout the build.

Every team member follows a specific Rules on Site list to ensure the client is respected:

• No swearing onsite

• All rubbish left by workers will be removed

• Music kept to a low level on site

• You will be greeted with a smile and regularly informed about the progress of your project
